SFR fait condamner un abonné Internet qui harcelait sa hot line
SFR a fait condamner un abonné Internet pour avoir insulté de manière répétée son service client. Le ton était monté à la suite d'un litige commercial. Fait peu banal, SFR a traîné en justice un abonné qui avait insulté son service client au téléphone, après l'avoir harcelé.
