Cela fait 13 ans que le photographe Miyoko Ihara prend des photos de sa grand-mère Misao d ans le but de garder une trace de sa vie. Il y a huit ans, cette grand-mère a trouvé un merveilleux compagnon, un chat aux yeux vairons. Il avait réussi à rentrer dans son hangar.
